CADDIE/SPECTATOR CARTS
Caddies will be allowed to take a cart but players must walk during play. Carts are available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed. The Old Corkscrew Golf Club has a limited number of carts available for our use. Spectator carts will only be allowed for those that need them for medical purposes. Caddies may be asked to share a cart if another player in their group already has a cart.

PACE OF PLAY
As always, pace of play is very important to everyone. We ask that you follow a few simple suggestions from the AJGA to improve the overall pace of play:
Realize your group is "on the clock" as soon as you play from the teeing ground on your first hole. We will utilize check points for this event.

• Play ready golf throughout your entire round.
• The first person to complete each hole should immediately go to the next tee. The second person to finish should replace the flagstick. In a foursome, the first TWO players to finish should go immediately to the next tee.
• When spotters, officials or parents are available to help search for a potentially lost ball, you can go to play your next shot or shots and hold your group's position on the golf course.
• Spectators can also help with pace of play by staying AHEAD of the group. This will make sure that the group behind can play as soon as the players are out of the way and also will help keep an eye on their group’s shots. Spectators can assist in looking for a lost ball but cannot give advice of any kind during the round.

Our goal is to complete your round in 4 hours and 30 minutes. That translates to 12 minutes for a par 3, 15 minutes for a par 4, and 18 minutes for a par 5. We are only concerned with your position in relationship to the group in front of you, not in relationship to the group behind you.

SCORING & AWARDS
Once you have finished your round, your entire group must go directly to the scoring areas located inside the clubhouse. Make sure that your hole by hole scores are correct; you have 2 signatures and turn in your scorecard personally. Do not rely on someone else to turn it in for you. We strongly recommend you stay until your score has been posted on the scoreboard so that there are no questions regarding your score.

LOCAL RULES & SCORECARDS
Each player will be given their scorecard and a Local Rule/Pin Sheet on the #1 tee. It is important that you are at your starting hole(s) 15 minutes before your tee time so that you don’t miss any important information. You should see the group in front of you hit their tee shots on #1 and to help keep tee times on time.
