Ralph A. Stokes

A college football career coached by the legendary Paul “Bear” Bryant provided Ralph Stokes with a fundamental drive for excellence. More than 30 years ago, Ralph began his business career as a Group Sales Representative for Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During his career, he acquired the industry’s highest professional designations, including CLU, FLMI, MHP and HIAA.

Ralph’s natural leadership skills, training and talent allowed him to weather the storm of acquisitions characteristic of the industry in the late 90’s. He has served as Regional Sales Manager for Provident Life and Accident, Director of Sales and Marketing for Healthsource, Inc., and most recently, Senior Vice President of Sales for CIGNA HealthCare of Georgia.

With a successful track record as an exceptional sales and marketing strategist, Ralph founded Stokes Consulting, Inc., a sales consulting and procurement agency. During the growth of the consulting business, he served as Director of Business Development for Chesapeake Consulting, a process management and leadership development firm based in Baltimore, Maryland.

Ralph currently serves as Director of Partnership Marketing & Events for PGA Tour SuperStores, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ralph received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 1975 and is a lifetime member of the University’s “A” Club. His community involvement includes his service as Director on a number of Boards, including Special Olympics Georgia, the Board of Visitors for the University Of Alabama School Of Commerce and Business, the Atlanta Public Golf Conservancy, Inc., the Atlanta Country Club, the AT&T Classic Foundation. Ralph previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and as a Volunteer Trainer at MUST Ministries homeless shelter. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. He is a member of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church in Marietta. He and his wife, Debra, have two daughters and two grand daughters. He is an avid golfer with a single digit handicap.
Kay Dalke

Kay Dalke

Kay brings a wealth of junior golf knowledge to the Junior Golf Championships. Mrs. Dalkes golf background started at an early age. She grew up in Oklahoma playing in several national level junior events including the USGA Girls Junior Championships. Kay then went on to continue her successful career at the University of Oklahoma, where she was their number one player. Kay was responsible for starting the Southwest Junior Golf Tour where she ran 3 tournaments each year. These events evolved into the (JGC) Lone Star Junior Championship and Taylormade Invitational. For the past 4 years, she has taken part in the USGA Rules Conference. Kay has been scored well enough on the rules test to be a USGA Rules Official at a variety of events around the country. Kay currently lives in Oklahoma with her husband, Bill. They have 7 children and 4 grandchildren

Kay's youngest son Brad Dalke can be seen on JGC Player Advisory Board tab. Brad and the University of Oklahoma Men's Golf team captured the 2017 NCAA Men's Golf National Championship with Brad securing the final point!

JGC Family and Friends - We hope everyone is doing well. We are proud to announce several updates to our junior golf program. JGC welcomes new board member Coach Josh Gregory. Coach Gregory is a two time NCAA Coach of the Year and two Time NCAA National Championship Coach.

It's great having Coach Gregory as part of the JGC family. He's been a close friend for several years. He's helping players build a foundation for a sustainable and successful golf career and we felt he could add value to our platform.

Coach Gregory left coaching at the collegiate level at the highest moment in his career to foster his new company. He now works directly with players/families to provide tools/direction needed to succeed at the highest level. With so many of his students currently playing on the PGA TOUR he has the expertise to pass on to the next generation.

Justin Hogue

Justin Hogue

Justin Hogue is a current AT&T employee with 15 years of service in three different cities (Austin, Houston, and Dallas). He brings 5 years of Golf Channel consulting experience and sponsorship management.

During his career with AT&T Justin has established himself as a top sales leader. His team(s) manage Fortune 500 companies. Justin was chosen for the AT&T ABS Leadership Program and Hi Potential Leaders Program (HiPo) in 2010-2015.

His ability to manage different business platforms at AT&T, 600+ events, and 2 National Championships for the Golf Channel can be directly related to his integrity and leadership.

Justin is a third generation AT&T employee and originally hired under Southwestern Bell. He is passionate about AT&T and helping families navigate the layers of junior golf.

Justin is a current staff professional with TaylorMade/Adidas Golf and Founder and President of Junior Golf Championships.

Justin, his wife Jennifer, son Austin, and twin daughters Audrey and Katelyn live in University Park.
Phillip Radcliff

Phillip Radcliff

Phillip has been in the IT industry in Dallas, Texas, for 26 years, including the last 13 years as an executive with the successful startup, Wave Technologies. Phillip also participates in the development of other potential startups through Tech Wildcatters.

Phillip has been involved with golf since his days on the high school golf team in Ferris, Texas, in 1980-1981. He became active with multiple junior golf organizations, including JGC, NTPGA, TJGT, and AJGA, when his oldest son, Josh Radcliff began playing competitive golf in 2003 at the age of 8.

In 2014, Phillip and Josh won the National Father & Son golf tournament in Myrtle Beach, SC and the European Father & Son golf tournament in Cadiz, Spain.

For the past 7 years, Phillip has been actively involved with JGC tournaments throughout North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. He and his wife, Lisa, live in Coppell,Texas, and have two sons, Josh and Jake, who currently attend college.

Ricky brings the excitement of a new career via golf after retiring from the Navy after 31 years. Expertise in planning and managing structure to promote cooperation, effective communication, team building, and creating relationships enabling people of all backgrounds to work effectively together in accomplishing winning objectives. Teaching through sports has been an advocate of individual and team accomplishment and proven role model in all endeavors. From Naval Aviation, Surface Warfare, and serving at the United States Naval Academy, Ricky believes that sports unite us all.
Patsy Garner

Patsy Garner

Patsy Garner has been involved with Optimist International for the past 30 years, serving in numerous leadership positions including Vice President of the Southwest Region and most recently as the First Lady of Optimist International (her husband Ken served as the Optimist International President.)

She has been involved with Optimist Junior Golf for the past six years. She served on the Optimist International Junior Golf Committee, and is currently the North Texas District Junior Golf Chair. Patsy is the Tournament Director for the Optimist Junior Golf Tour in Fort Worth, Texas, held each March. The North Texas District of Optimist Junior Golf has partnered with the Junior Golf Championships and their Taylormade Junior Open event to provide opportunities for top players to qualify for the prestigious Optimist Junior Golf Championships (OIJGC) at PGA National in Florida. Patsy has volunteered at both the OIJGC and The Tournament of Champions (TOC) Tournaments – serving as Starter & Head Marshall.

She served on the Board of Directors for the Young Texan/Texanne Corporation – assisting in providing thousands of dollars in scholarships to High School Juniors, and currently serves as the President.

She is a member of the Breakfast Optimist club of East Fort Worth, serving on the Board of Directors and Communications Director. She is a member of the Arlington Community Athletics Optimist club.
She has served on several committees at Shady Valley Country Club and is a member of the Women’s Golf Association.

Mrs. Garner began her career in the Automotive Transportation Industry employed with Jack Cooper Transport Co. Inc. in Arlington, Texas. The Auto Transport Company hauls millions of vehicles each year from the General Motors Assembly Divisions directly to the Dealerships. She worked in Quality Assurance and Vehicle Logistics retiring after 32 years.

She currently is employed as an Administrative Assistant at the accounting firm of Spillar, Mitchem Eaton & Bicknell, LLP.

She currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband Ken (who is a Tax Executive Director for Ernst & Young.) They have 2 grown children and 8 grandchildren.
